Heatguard is built on the principles of thermal stability and oxidation resistance within advanced base oils and additive systems.


Under extreme engine conditions, especially around the combustion chamber and piston zones, lubricants are exposed to very high temperatures. This can lead to thermal breakdown, where oil molecules degrade, and oxidation, which forms sludge, varnish, and acidic by-products.

Extreme Pressure Guard is designed to protect components operating under intense load and contact stress.
In high-load conditions—such as gear interfaces or heavily loaded engine parts—localized contact points can generate instantaneous temperature spikes. Under these conditions, conventional lubrication alone is not sufficient.

Wear Shield technology provides multi-layer protection through anti-wear and boundary lubrication mechanisms.
During critical phases such as engine start-up or low-speed operation, a full hydrodynamic oil film may not be present. In these conditions, direct surface interaction becomes more likely.
